Professional students need educational opportunities to become effective collaborative leaders within future integrative healthcare environments. With increasingly limited resources in an intensive curriculum, our institution supported a student-led initiative and an elective class to enhance a professional leadership curriculum designed using co-curricular experiences for first-term students and upper term volunteers.
