Student Success in Pre-Professional Programs: Aligning Standards at Multiple Levels for Maximum Integration
Student learning is assessed at the programmatic, academic college/school level, at the institutional (campus) level, and sometimes through not only WSCUC accreditation, but through national professional external accreditation review. This presentation examines techniques for focusing on the most essential intersections of these review processes as they support both student academic and professional (career) success. The resulting common criteria may be supported across curricula, and be applied in field experiences and internships.
