Post-Collegiate Outcomes: Identifying Who, What, Where, and How
This session will present an overview of the work of the Post-Collegiate Outcomes (PCO) initiative designed to include broad perspectives on post-collegiate outcomes, and will explore the rationale for different types of measures for different audiences. Charged with developing a framework and proposed policy agenda, the initiative launched a comprehensive framework for PCO in January, including a toolkit for institutions to use in talking about their PCO with a variety of audiences. This session will review the framework and toolkit and demonstrate how individual institutions can apply it on their campuses.
