Evidence-Based Strategic Planning for Contingent Faculty
Accountability and increased numbers of contingent faculty are two realities in higher education. This presentation will summarize the results of a needs assessment survey given to contingent faculty focused on teaching and learning. An outline of strategic plans to address the results will also be presented.
